What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in USD. In the future, I will be working on adding more currencies so please bear with me for now! Sorry for any inconveniences. 

What is a pick-up item?

Because I live in a small, Japanese-sized apartment, not everything is currently on hand. Once payment is received for pick up items, I will pick up the item(s) in store (or order online if needed) and ship it out. Please allow a little bit of extra time for pick up items to be shipped out. If the pick-up item is out of stock, refunds (and apologies) will be issued immediately. 

How often do you do pickups at the Pokemon Center?

I visit the Pokemon Center 2-3 times a week depending on time and orders. 

An item I want is out of stock, will you get more?

Possibly, depending on the item. If an item you're looking for is out of stock, please contact me. In some cases, I can restock the item. New items are always being released in Japan so sometimes once an item is gone, it can be difficult to acquire. For Pokemon Center items, restocks are random. If you would like for me to keep an eye out on any products, just let me know and I will update you if there is a restock in store.

Can you help me find ___?

Yes, of course! Send me an email with what you would like and I'll try to find it for you. If possible, please send me images so I know exactly what to look for. I have easy access to the Pokemon Center, Animate, Akihabara, and Game Centers. Please note that if you are in a hurry for any item in Akihabara (including game centers), a transportation fee will be applied.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, only if the item has not been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP! Once an item has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. A 3% fee will be charged for any cancellations to help cover fees. Refunds given for lack of stock will not be charged the 3% fee.

I paid for my order, when will it be shipped out?

Orders will be shipped out within 1-7 business days after payment is received. I try to make shipping a priority, but sometimes my work schedule can get pretty hectic. Please check the shipping info page for more information, as well as a list of national/bank holidays.

It's been xx days and I still haven't received my order, where is it?

While most packages are received within the time frame, some packages can take up to 1-2 months. If the item was shipped with a tracking number, please check the tracking first. You can find links on the shipping info page. Sometimes items may get caught up in customs. In this case, please check with your mail provider. During peak seasons, items may also take slightly longer than usual to arrive. 

I didn't receive a tracking number for my order.

Items shipped via unregistered airmail do not come with a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please select either registered economy SAL, registered airmail, or EMS. Please note that no refunds will be issued for lost items shipped without tracking. 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the country its being shipped to and the weight. The heavier the box, the higher the shipping prices...so a mug will cost more to ship than a plush even though it's smaller. Almost all items are shipped in boxes (with the exception of small, soft items such as TCG booster packs). This does increase the price slightly but its to ensure your items get to you safely! 

How are items packed?

Items are packed with the utmost care! Fragile/breakable items are wrapped in bubble wrap and most items are shipped in boxes. Larger items/orders will be shipped in recycled boxes. Don't worry, these boxes are sturdy and clean...I just have no room to keep large size boxes in my apartment. This also helps to keep prices low :)
