This is a much needed apology and update and I'm sorry that it took me this long to get around to it.
A lot of has happened/changed since COVID last year, most of it personal. As a result, I've let the online store go a bit and haven't been on top of communication and things as much as I should have. I deeply apologize and I know it's caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I can't change how I handled things this past year (as much as I would like to) but I will try my best to make up for it by working even harder going forward.
I'm currently working on revamping the online store to get ready for next year. I still have a lot of things I need to catch up on as well as figure out so it will take a bit of time. My goal is to start being able to list new items next January. The site still needs to be cleaned up so any orders now may be refunded due to out of stock items in stores. Shipping via Japan Post still has restrictions that are constantly changing.
I unfortunately have to juggle quite a few things at once, but please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need anything. I'll be checking email almost daily from here on out.
